1st Mariner Tower:
Completed in 2006, the contemporary 1st Mariner
Tower is a 17-floor facility with more
than 475,000 square feet of available commercial space
(approximately 30,000 square feet per floor). An inviting
fountain leads to a stately granite lobby with an impressive
atrium. Amenities include on-site parking, waterfront
views, cleaning services, 24-hour lobby attendant, and
24-hour surveillance.
As of August 2008, the 1st Mariner Tower is approximately
92% leased. Only 40,000 square feet remain available.

Canton Crossing II:
CCII is a two story building located along Boston Street.
This 80,000 square foot facility contains offices, a restaurant and
a bank branch, all with water views. Currently, there is no space available
at CCII.
